Garry's modVc Console Commands?

Anyone here know some commands for garrys mod like creating a npc and having them talk. ive seen it done i just cant figure it out. Or know of a website that has a list of them that would be nice thanks.

look for a thread called Super Happy NPC spawning guide or something....it gives alot of commands for spawning things and also tells you how to bind keys.....as for making them talk....your guess is as good as mine.......
