GCF tool problems

i got 2 versions and none of them work and i dunno why.
when i try to launch the program it displays some error and refuse to launch anyone knows what is the problem? is there any special place i should install this tool?

you mean gcfscape? you need to have microsoft's .net framework installed to use it, and you have to close steam before you use it too.

ok it works but now i don't know where to find HL2deathmach player model textures where are they? i want to edit them but i don't know how.I also know that it's possible to have models from single player in MP it's the same work as with bloodlines models.Just repleacing and renameing the old with new one then assign textures since they have rather the same animations shared anims
