at the very end of ravenholm, on the train tracks, put noclip on and blast it along the rails all the way to the other end of the trainyard, past the derailed cars that normally block your path, gman is somewhere around there and if i remember correctly (been a while since i was there) he straightens his tie and walks off, disappearing in a short while.
