Gmod working with hl2 dm and css ?

I only have Half life 2: DM, and CS: Source, i wanted to know if i can use gmod 9 with these, without half life 2

lol. no help ?, joke found a site that had everything i needed, lol, if you want to get gmod 9 in steam list "my games" with only dm and css the only thing you have to do is change the number that says steamapidd 220 <-- change this number to 215
