God of war has full on titlage?

Just borrowed this game from a friend, despite being a kickass game in its own right there is full frontal titties both in a cinematic and in game.. First time i've ever seen it in a game, demand more developers do stuff like this.

Why is it ok for nerds to cream themselves over normal mapping, ragdoll physics, high dynamic range lighting....but if it's breasts the "it's only pixels" excuse starts flying.

There is a mod for morrowind that changes the body models and textures for all the characters. There are 3 versions, one is full nudity for all characters.. (well if you kill them and take their clothes to sell, or take off your characters clothes).

There is already a mod for the brand new oblivion game where the female model isn't wearing a bra.

I don't see a difference between 'pixel' nudity and art nudity, or even any kind of photographed nudity like pornography, since it's just pixels on your monitor as well, and graphics these days can be as realistic as anyone feels like making them.

That said, there is a huge difference between pictures and art depicting nudity, and the real thing. A painting, photograph, or monitor is only 2D. With things getting smaller in the distance, shading, and shadows, they can appear 3D, but the screen, the painting, or the photograph is just as flat as a piece of paper.

We've already seen some 3D hologram games (Time Traveler from SEGA 1980) and some have tried Virtual-Reality goggles. I'm certain that in the near future, eventually virtual-reality true 3D graphics will be more common, probably even the standard.
