Got a Scar?

I have some really slight scarring from when I went up to this place called Castlepoint as a wee tot. Was running full speed up a steep hill to a lighthouse, not sticking to the path, and the hill was all rocks with shells in it. Tripped and gashed up my knees pretty bad, the scarring was still quite visible a few years ago, but it's healing over now.

I burned my hand on a fry pan once. I picked it up to put it in the sink but grabbed it right around where the plastic handle ended and the metal started. I don't know what I was thinking, but I actually held onto it for a while after I felt the burn. I guess I didn't want to drop it or something :E

This guy I know told me a pretty horrific burn story. Got really drunk and passed out on a heater. Woke up and the skin on his hand was bubbling.
 
Have many scars...only two that are interesting though:

On my left wrist. Fell into a pit and landed on glass. Never even knew I did it until someone pointed out the blood running down my leg (have no feeling in that area now).

And a "C" shaped one on my little finger on my right hand where I punched a window in anger (opps).
 
I have one inch long scar on my stomache. When people see it they are like wooah did you get stabbed or something? But it's from a few years back when I was climbing up from a floating pier, but the current made me go half under it and I scraped my belly up on some "turnips" that were on the underside of it.
 
above my left eyebrow... got i when i fell on a metal pin when i was 5
 
I've got one on the back of my head that only shows up as a line of thinner hair after I've had it cut. Dunno how I got it.
 
I have 4. One on my face when I was crushed by a trike as a kid, one blelow my left elbow from a fence, its long and thin, one just above my hand on that lump thing, also from a fence, ( dont know the name :P ) and one on the underside of my left arm where I stabbed my self with a pair of scissors just left of my vein ( by accident ).

Im quite clumsy.

I have 3 or 4 scars ...strangely enough my older brother is responsible for at least 2 of them
 
I got 2 scars on my left hand..got i when i was shooting with a airgun(BB gun or whatever the name is) and a wasp came and i started to try to scare it away and the guns barrel closed and cut open the skin between my thumb and the pointer finger(LOL dunno the name)..bleed like crazy.= 6 stiches..

poor pic but anyway :D
 
Got two on my arms from where i was stabbed in a pub with a screwdriver (Don't know who it was, he just ran in from off the street screamed my name and stabbed me lol). Thought I'd add that this was in London, damn the West End, damn it to hell.

Got another on the side of my head from where I was drunk at a party slipped on the staircase and smacked my head against the wall lol 7 stitches.

Got my wrist slit on some broken glass while playing with the dog.

Few others from silly things as a kid lol

I've got a 3 inch scar on my forehead where I had a massive 3-inch long/2 inch wide mole removed cause I had it when I was born. Yes...what a freak, I know. But the scar is hidden under my fringe so it doesn't matter. Only problem I have with it is the doctors had to lift the skin and to cover the wound up, so one of my eyebrows is slightly higher than the other, but you can't really notice it. But hey I think it looks good and it makes me a unique individual :)
 
Where's the poll? :P I don't think I have any ordinary scars from sharp objects but I have 2 cigarettes burns (1 on each arm) if that counts :)
 
I've got a little one on my left leg from falling over onto something like a bolt.. didn't hurt, just shocked me when I saw the hole :O

And one just to the left of my left eye.. got hit with a hockey stick when I was about 11 :(

I've got loads of scars on my arms from nasty cat scratches.. they're faint until I get a tan and then you can see them all :P

And I have a few scars from where I've reacted to flea bites... yep, I love cats.
 
A couple in the face smaller, big one running over my right nipple.....played indoor hockey in school and their was a nail sticking out of the plastic hockey stick on the top, i made a big slam shot, tore my right nipple in half.....was sweating like a pig too ran right in it...my god that hurt lol..
 
i have a small one on my right hand were i was brutally stabbed with a pen :|
 
I have a Cross like one just on the bit of skin between by Eyes,from fallnig and hitting my head off a toliet when I was 4.I have another on my forehead from when I hit my head off the fireplace.(I fell alot as a child,still do funnily enough)
I also have a couple from falling off me bike,I flew over the handle bars and skidded along the ground with the back of my hand grazing off the ground.
Also I have one long one from an Apendix removeal operation at Christmas in '97.
You think this is bad?,you should see my dad,large gash on his leg from corragated Iron.
 
I've got a nice scar on the left side of my face, starting from the left corner of my mouth and following the curvature of my chin for several inches. It's from plastic surgery I had done years ago. I used to train and show horses in various rodeos across the country. I was about 12, training a new 3 yr old male horse we had purchased. For the life of me I couldn't get him to trot. For those that don't know, a trot is the elegant movement that's faster than walking but slower and more controlled than a gallop. The darn horse would run like crazy, but wouldn't trot. Well after a while he got pretty pissed off and starting running around completely out of my control. He headed straight for the fence surrounding the arena and I got ready for him to jump it. Needless to say he didn't jump, but stopped dead in his tracks. I flew over his head and smacked into the wooden fence post. I busted open the left side of my face from the corner of my mouth to about half-way to my ear. My mouth had instantly doubled in size. All things considered, the scar is very small. The surgeon did an excellent job.
 
I have a bunch of scars on my knuckles and fingers, but many of them aren't from fighting or cuts. Some are just from a bad case of poison ivy I got.

I have a small horizontal scar on the bottom of my chin from when I sliced it open on a slide (yes, a slide, like in a playground)when I was 7.

Lets see what else is there...

I have numerous scars on my shins and knees. I have a long thin scar that's about 2.5 inches long on my knee, and that's from some ass hitting me with a rubber band.
 
I get goosebumps listening to some of your stories, especially Steelwind and others. The only significant scars I have are two on my forehead. The first one happened when I was 3: I rode my tricycle down the stairs, fell when I got to the bottom, and hit my forehead on the pedal of my brother's bike which was resting against the wall. The other scar is from the time I hit the edge of my desk after my brother pushed me. Of course I have scars on my knees from my days as a kid but every1 has those.
 
Yes, I got a nasty scar from when Bigfoot cut my head off.
 
I have more scars than I could possibly count......and they aren't all that small either..........
 
What's up with the random threads DE ? I kinf of like them, get to know around people form diferent backgrounds.

I have one in my arm, I felt form the bike, I also have my first flew shot scar, for some reason, the first one allways leaves a scar.
 
One on my forehead on my eyebrow sorta. Got hit with a corner of a metal doorknob when I was little.

Two on my right leg. One from a small chunk that was taken out when I took a bad spill on my bike. Another from barbed wire (didn't even feel it).

One pretty visible scar on my neck. Circular by the neckline of a tshirt. It's probably circular because the branch that jabbed into my neck was circular. That one hurt a lot. I'm glad it didn't hit higher on my neck.

Some marks on my fingers where I got stitches 3 times.

Other injuries have healed for the most part or I miraculously didn't get injuries. One time I rode my bike down a large set of wooden stairs by a park near my house. My friend had ridden them just before me. They curve around and I didn't turn fast enough - I went off the stairs and fell off my bike. Somehow my foot was stuck in my pedal and I sorta got dragged down the rest of the hill as my bike kept rolling. I slid to a halt after my bike hit a rock and I slid by it. My bike came flipping over the rock and landed on my back. I had a scratch on the back of my leg where the gears hit it. That's it :P
 
:) I got scars from the bullets I got shot from. Upper chest area.
 
Like a millions... One on my finger, two on my right hand because I got bitten by a big dark dog this summer, one on the butt... when I was five, I fell on a big splinter and it got stuck in my ass.

Two on my head - one smallish one on my forehead and one along the top of my head under my hair. Both from cutting my head open. On separate occasions. I was a very accident-prone child.
One on my shoulder blade where I had a mole removed. Ironically, it's as big as the mole.
My sister has a really huge one accross the bottom of her foot where she stepped on a broken bottle in a river. THAT'S a scar.

Only scar I know of is on the small of my back. Not sure how I got that.
 
One scar from where I had my apendix out, nothing amazing :P
 
My cat scratched me all the time when he was alive, and one of his scratches made a really small scar on the back of my hand.
There's also a mark on my chest from where my brother threw a toy at me.
 
I've got a scar on my butt... stood up too quickly in the bath and pared a strip of skin off my right butt cheek with the sharp lip of the bath tap...
 
i have one main scar on my head from falling a while back i got um stitches and surgeory (not in tht order)
i also had uite a bit of scratches all over my arms from my cat ... nasty buggers.
 
I got a huge ass burn scar on my right bicep from when me and my friends decided to test eachother with fire. We were drunk by the way.
