Got an Error when starting up any game on steam

Hey, i need help... I got this error

Error!
SteamStartup()failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0012E0AC) failed with error 1: failed to take master pipe connection lock, Win32 Error 2 "The system cannot find the file specified."

It fixed itself, somehow.... Weird...

Thanks anyways beerdude36, but it fixed itself, as said above... I can play games fine now (after a month of firewall troubles and this for a day and a half)
