got some file named conime in my pc,its a virus?

I searched in google and it say is a virus,but it can be a support for asian languages,antivirus dont show anything

but also I cant unplug my external hdd,this happens before but sometimes it just "fix2 itself,but knowing this plus the conime thing I am worried

If you don't know what it is, and you don't need it, then just delete it. If it's not doing anything to your system or running in your task manager, it's probably safe anyway.

Conime is an abbreviation of Console Input Method Editor and it's a legit file. If it's in an unusual location, however, there's an outside chance of it being something malicious.

I checked properties and appears as a windows product and the file size is the correct one according to the internet

run virus checks and nothing bad showed
