Grenade cooking script?

Since I switched my Gravity Gun bind to my mwheel it's kind of hard to grenade cook so could someone give me a script to grenade cook?

Work on your cooking with the mousewheel and get used to it.

with practice and a good button configuration you can cook nades better than scripters.

Me, i can grab nades just as they leave my hands, without a script.

then again i have an 8 button mouse and my alt fire and grav gun buttons are right next to each other.
