I'm thinking about running over to Best Buy today and picking it up for the PC.

I'm told that it's like a Deadwood video game.
GTA in the Old West.

It's only $39.99, It looks awesome...

don;t buy it, rent it for PS2 or Xbox if you have one, it's way too short to buy

it's alright, but nothing incredible, especially if you were going to pay $40 for it

seriously, save that money and buy something better, like cheddar cheese

I don't know anything about this game but it's getting 80% on gamerankings so if you like it I say go for it.

Short by your standards maybe...

I'm a slow gamer.
HL2 took me a week and a half to beat. :p

it took me 6 hours to beat it, and that's with doing all the side quests... trust me, it's short

My parents got it me for my 360. It's not bad, it's really short though.

Well, I can't rent it seeing as I loathe playing FPSes on the console.

Soooooo, I guess I'll just buy it from Best Buy... beat it in 6hrs... then go and return it.

Or how about Project : Snowblind?
The spiritual successor to the Deus Ex universe.
I've always wondered how the multiplayer is for it...

Definately a nay, it's a pretty decent game and it's good fun while it lasts, but it's honestly not worth 40 bucks. Personally I think it took me around 5-6 hours to beat it, and I went for nearly all the sidequests (got bored eventually). And it's not a FPS, it's primarily third-person shooter that can shoot in FPS (during QuickDraw mode) where you just tap the left / right and fire really quickly. It's more like MGS style where you can pull up the gun and aim but you can't walk around with that camera view.

Meh, Guess I'll just get it...*cough*... through other means.

Nooo, no. This was a horrible game. Worst online multiplayer I've ever seen and absoloutely bullshit single-player after the initial levels. Think of it as Deus Ex 2, dumbed down even more and worse in every possible way, from the graphics to the story.

The only Deus-Ex game (supiritual successor or not) worth playing is the original Deus Ex for the PC. Hell, if you want multiplayer, the MP patch for the game is actually really good.

Meh, I thoroughly enjoyed the demo.
And reviewers didn't seem to have much beef with it.

WELL DONE! You escaped the government!

I find it ok,imo it hav potential and maybe if the developer worked harder and more creative the game could be better, but is entretaining atleast, deserve a try

Well, I just started playing a bit last night...

I have to say, It's actually really fun... Damn gorey too.
But it seems that it's trying to rush you through the game or something, either that it was just the intro.

Decent graphics, Nice animations, top-notch voice acting...
Will talk about it more in a bit.

Btw, What MP patch?! O_O...
Edit : Oh, for Deus Ex... Yeah the MP patch for that game was Class A dogshit.
Spawn camping, unbalanced as shit, whiners galore, clans consisted of gay men who tried hitting on you online...

Steer clear away from that MP patch.
