Half Life 2 among top 100 products in 2005

38th is pretty poor, but its the only pc game there anyway.

Macromedia Flash should be on there... There are so many flash games and movies on the internet, thousands, even entire sites dedicated to showing them... And the program that makes them is nowhere to be found?

halo 1, halo 2 whatever. each is just as crap. no, the fact that i didnt get released on PC doesnt make me hate the game. i just always did. whats the appeal? plus its xbox...grrr...*calm*
 
After just a quick glance it looks like that although its in 38th position its also the only game in the entire list. So really its not bad at all.

So if it's the only game in there, maybe it ended up on the list by mistake?
 
38th isn't too bad on that list, compared to everything else: Firefox, Photoshop, Google, etc.
 
Since consoles are mainstream moreover than PC, I would have thought those Halo fanboys(elementery and middle school kids) would have rallied together and make it the most popular thing in the universe... so much for that.
 
Anyone who thinks that's a crap possition is a rabid fanboy and should be put down imerdiatly.

omg it should be #1 because its the best product of all time and im going to write them a stern letter!
 
Well...this was actually the pc-stuff from THIS year. And hl2 came out LAST year as I can remember. HL2 is the best pc game on the list anyway.

Late last year IIRC, and probably long after they had published their
best of list for 2004.
 
I dont see why HALO 2 didnt make the list if it wasnt for only pc and consoles accesories etc. halo 2 holds the record for the highest units sold for entertainment, it beat the harry potter books. it has millions of fans, has even swayed PETER FREAKIN JACKSON to help with the undoubtebly awesome HALO movie, and no matter what you guys think is an awesome game that has a good story once understood and sunk into and it delivers hours of non stop action. and lets not forget what most game reviewers gave HALO 2, most gave it a 10 outta 10, HL2 ussually got 9.5.
