1. Which of these 2 games are more demanding in terms of video card? Obviously they should both be the same right?
2. Which DirectX version would work best with these 2 games? Obviously the higher the DirectX version the better right?

1. As much as I agree with The Brick, I have bad lag on CSS but not HL2.
