Half Life Bots?

Heres the deal- I am at a college that has the shittiest network ever. They must have like one frickin internet connection that the whole school shares on this POS network. So, I can only play online Half Life, CS, DoD, TFC etc. during like the middle of the night when people are not on the network. So, I was wondering if it was possible to get some bots to run on my own computer, in my own server so I can play hl/mods multiplayer without going onto the internet. Can anyone tell me whether this is possible or not and if so where I can download some bots or something. Thanks in advance.

Most colleges I know have a shared T1, which is half the speed of my internet that I generally keep to myself

There are no bots yet for HL2, but are you even talking about that game? This is halflife2.net, so I'm assuming you are...

Well Im at McDaniel College in United States and it blows. But I am actually asking about HL1 and its mods. Sorry its on this forum but I am too lazy to go to other forums and become a member just to ask one question. Thanks
