half life is messed up

i play hlaf life and when im in the game sometimes it freezes and i can hear the same sound i just heard repeated 10 times or so then it unfreezes

30min = 10 freezes in game

freezes last 3 secs or 5

i have above recommended so wats the problem?

yea it's normal.
Don't worry, ValvE is seeing the problem out and they said that they should be releasing a patch to fix it within the next couple days.

I've always thought that stutter bug to be my lack of RAM, but seems it isn't
