is there a website i can go to becasue i dont know how to make one? and the ones i did get are .art and not .gif or .jpeg and i cant convert them, can someone help?

download paintshop pro. so you can save the stuff as jpg and or gif

Or just get Photoshop. I think it's better than Paintshop Pro, maybe harder to use, but more effects and such.

not everyone has the money to buy a photoshop lycense or have the knowledge to search for programs @warez style :x

It's called Kazaa and every single newbie can use it.
And you don't need to crack the program to use it either.
