In about a month Halloween comes, and I think we should have an halloween-avatar-day and tell eachpother spooky stories.

So, Halloween is around 28th October, huh? So lets change avatars 27th to 29th

What about a little competition? The best looking avatar wins a prize, liek, I don't know.. Something.

Same here....only England instead of Sweden.

These little bratty children have taken the ideal American tv version of halloween and mutated it into something horrible. They come to your house demanding money(Not even chocolate money, but actual real money) and they don't take anything less than £5 (Having said that, I don't believe I've ever offered them....well...anything really ). If you don't give em anything they will try to invade the house, and even throw stuff at you. Of course, last time they tried to come for me I just slammed the door...Only...It didn't close due to the kid stuck in it. It was quite satisfying watching him limp away and while his friends ran off, only to stop and shout things from down the road.

I don't live there anymore though, round here you don't get so many doing it.

i cant stand halloween. all the kids turn up begging for money as farrow said... i tend to lie low and not answer the door

But as soon as halloween ends, i get carol singers... its like the begging just starts then needs to find a different reason. Sure if the kids dress up and/or actually know the hyms i'd probably give them something, but if its the scallywags down the road singing "we wish you a merry christmas" again and again for money, they can go f*ck off.
