I'm having really annoying problems with my pc. Whenever I try and install programs, it keeps saying "you do not have sufficient access, please log into an administrator account." But I am logged onto my admin account...so what the hell? Help much appreciated.

Its either; you're not logged as an Admin (User account doesn't have full rights), or, you, or someone else reconfigured group policy; to not allow install.
Try scanning group policy, or, try "System Restore".
