It's that the Depot? It got recycled into part of Nova Prospekt. You can see it from the beach and from the rubbish crusher, I think. I think that the start of Entaglement takes place there, but I'm not sure.

seems like it's a render. possibly with some photoshop adjustments, but i don't know.
