what would happen if i connect two guitars on one multi-effect using a stereo (left/right) adapter?
obviously the effect is a cheap ZOOM only meant to have one input. but do you think it would work...by work i mean, it won't fry the poor thing?

If it's only a mono input, it's likely one of the stereo channels won't get picked up at all. Trying it anyway probably wouldn't blow it up, just be more noisy and distort at a lower level. If your stereo adapter doesn't work, try picking up a mono Y connector like this...

This would still distort and add noise though.

You'd be better off getting a second FX unit though imo, if you have the time and money.

aha i see. well to tell you the truth i don't really know if the input on the multi is stereo. but i'll try it out anyway if it won't fry the thing.

another FX...meh no money right now. maybe someday.

thanks
