help...2 problems

First. I forgot my secret answer to my secret question so i can get my password back for my account, how can i get my secret answer?

Second. I'm installing the game again but it wont let me...i click next when it shows where the folder is going and it says "The script action, Get windows installer Property, can only be used in a script that is executed by wise for windows installer"

*'s this mean? it wont let me continue..i click "ok" and "ok" again and it goes back to the screen where i clicked next to have this problem. Do it again and it does the same thing over and over again...

You should really think of a unique password.
I use 3 non-dictionary passwords that somehow got stuck in my head in the sixth grade and never left(im a sophmore now). Anyways, if I forget my password I know it's one of them and ill try all of them till I get it right.

How about the second thing? i still get that message everytiem i try and install HL2 :/ it wont let me get past that problem.

Thanks anyway, i'm nolonger going to play hl2 anymore, this POS has been through too many problems, i'm not gonna worry about CSS anymore and find something else to play.

Check this link. If that doesn't help, click on 'Ask A Question' in the left upper corner of the page to write about your problem. Be sure to add your e-mail address, your CD-key, your username, possible passwords, and the password you'd like it changed to. And if you bought it online, the last (or first? I can't remember anymore) four digits of your credit card should be added to that question too.

Have you already registered HL2 on an account?
If not, just bring back the DVD, maybe it's corrupted.
If you already registered HL2, just take the account info with you (change your pass, though, unless you don't use it anywhere else) and explain the problem.
