[Help] Creating this Icon

hello all, i finally got my gamer pc fixed so i can actualy start mapping after months of nothing!

anyway i have a really simple problem that i think someone with more experience could tackle, im trying to create a icon out of a brush, its the Wu Tang Clan logo, as you can see its a pretty simple design but im having a really hard time cutting it out using the clip tool on a brush

anyone recommend a better way?

is it going to be a prop or is it part of a level ? . if its just a prop you can model it in 3dsmax and export it to hammer.
