[HELP]Dedicated Server

Alright here's the deal, my Dedicated Server won't show up in the Server list, only on the LAN one.

I opened up the TCP ports 27020 to 27040, and the UPD ports 1200 and 27000 to 27016.
Even did the test at: http://support.steampowered.com/cgi...enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=11#connectiontest

In the console commands I used sv_lan 0, sv_region 0 and the net_start thingy.

Windows Firewall is off.

And still I can't figure how to make it show.
Any help?

Have you added your server to your favourites then? If so, are you using the external IP?

Just did

Just did, and still the same results.
And I'm using the internal IP
