Help finding a HL to HL:S and HL2 to HL:S tutorials

I've done several searches on several forums as well as with Google... and have found very little. Now I'm turning to you (ah, the pressure's on!).

I'm looking for a good tutorial that will teach me how to convert HL models to Source (HL:S specifically).

I'm also looking for a tutorial that will teach me how to use HL2 models in HL:S.

If you know of any, please point me in the right direction. I have recently taken over a small Mod and it's time for me to get schooled so I can pitch in.

valve development comunity has a tut on importing models from sp to mp the workflow should be more or less the same correct me if im wrong.
