Help, how do you add maps and saves?

I don't know how to do this, I do have GCFSCAPE... Please answer!

You don't need GCFScape for anything except for pirating, WHICH YOU WILL NOT DO.

If you installed Steam into it's default location, you will find your Garry's Mod folder here:

C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\steamapps\<steam user name>\garrysmod\garrysmod

In that folder, you will find a maps and saves folder. Put stuff in there.
