how do i get stuff to edit maps too css???

if you want to make a CSS map then you launch your SDK, change the game to Counter-Strike Source and then launch hammer.

If you want the CSS stuff in a different mod then that is a different story entireley.

Ah. Open Steam. If you don't have it go to www.steampowered.com

You will need to own 1 source game.

Whilst looking at your games, press the "Tools" tab. The double click the "Source SDK". The SDK will download and run, and in it you will find hammer.
