Help NPC Dropship

Ive created a route using path_track and a landing zone using info_targets for a dropship with the help of a tutorial but when the dropship is triggered to move it gets to the landing zone and wont land or go any further. The landing zone is in quite a big space. Iam sure a have done it correct almost mirroring the tutorial.

have a look at the highway17 lighthouse map and see how valve did it?
 
How do i do that, i have got VTF explorer so i can look at all the files in the gcf pack, but they only store the map as bsp not vmf is there a way to look at the level in hammer or do u have to load the game and type somthing into the console.
 
there are a few sample maps in the sdk samples folder i believe
 
Help NPC Metropolice

I want metropolice standing guard at a single spot. I have found a tutorial that has what i want. I ran the tutorial first to see if it worked and it did. so i copied everythink but the terrain into my map but when i ran the game the metropolice saw me then chased me with the sticks. ive tried everythink to keep the cop still. eg. env_globel, logic_auto, ai_relationship. But its like they just ignore all that and just want to kick the crap out of me.:eek:
 
Make sure to set the env_global to Gordon Precriminal
If that's set then you'll be safe.
 
It is set to precriminal and they still attack, they are also have a ai_goal_police that they are suppose to be garding but they just ignore that.
Ive been to editlife.net and thats where i got the tutorial
 
Right now the only thing I can think of would be to check the radius and see if it's not set too big.
 
The radius is fine.

Also for a dropship to land and drop combine off u need a info_target for landing and multi info_target's for the number of combines that jump out. Does the dropship laning space have to be a certain size or can it land anywhere u put the landing info_target.
 
I'd imagine you'll need a space large enough to fit the dropship.

I don't know what to do for the police problem. I guess putting in the entities yourself, but you might have already tried that.
