HELP!Resolution problems

My little cousin came round to see me last week while i was playin HL2. i let him have a go and he has changed the screen resolution to 1024x768:frown:. i cant change it back;it just comes up as a grey screen but i can hear the music in the background.PLEASE HELP ME...HL2 is my favourite game:angry:
