Hi
I´m looking for someone that can help me replace the classic zombie or somehow add a more human looking zombie in Half-life 2. So that it looks like the citizen only it moves and attacks like the classic zombie. And no headcrab.

This would be for a singleplayer mod im working on.

You would need a modeler/animator to take a citizen model and recreate the zombie anims for it, then import it in place of the normal zombie model.

Sorry if you already knew that, but you didn't ask specifically for an animator, so, you know, just in case it helps.

Thanks Link.

I was not sure if a coder might pull it off as well.

Also I forgot to mention that I have permission to use these skins:
http://garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=19060

Please someone modeler/animator/coder download those skins and have a go at it.

does zombie run on the human SDK rig? cause you might be able to just take a citizen model and change the QC to use the zombie anims

I might do it, if you give me some cookies (and milk).

Thanks Link.

Test: I have cookies and milk, it´s just a zombie and planeride away from inside of your mouth.

Also I forgot to mention that I have permission to use the "V2 Zombies.zip" at garrys mod download section, if that is useful?

Please someone download those skins and have a go at it.

For real?

I tried it but all I get is an error dropping down.

I´ve only got HL2 and Lost Coast, do I need something else?

EDIT: I tried my own map in your mod. It has a few zombies, and it wors for a while then it chrashes when I shoot the zombies (in the head?).

"Engine Error
12/ - raggib: UTIL_SetModel: not precached: null"

You really did to it, thanks.

You're welcome. I think you need Source SDK Base to run it without problems.

I have read this somewhere, but I cannot seem to find the site where I read it, nor can I remember the exact variable that was used, but there is a variable that if set to False, it will not have the headcrab on a Zombie.

As I said, I read it somewhere, but I cannot confirm this.

Kind regards.
