Hi, im reletivly new to modding, but i have a really goo idea for a mod
i however, have no idea how to mod, or where to get help, i found this forum, and i was hoping someone whos possibly made a mod, or knows haw to make a mod, can give me some help, or link me to a site for help.

First of all what you should do is write down what all of your ideas are. Get it all out of your head and on paper so that you can show others. Then what you should do is a little bit of investigating as to whether your ideas are possible with the Source engine. Ensure that you download the Source SDK through Steam and you can then also start looking for people to help you out. A decent website is fairly important when you are starting out because you can post your ideas there and refer anyone who you want to hire or expresses interest in joining you to the page.
