Sept 1st....fairly close, I don't think gamespot is right about this one. I'd put my money on mid september

Imagine it this way Ians, they delayed the preload so they could announce the gold status the day the preload begins. That gives it a week and a half until Sept 1. Good timing in my mind, but it still remains anyones guess. How soon before release was Doom 3 announced gold? (I honestly have no idea)
