HL2 Game Help Wanted

I am at the part near the end of the game where you have your team with you and there is a broken road where you cannot cross and you into the house kill the soldiers but I cannot open the door to get to the other side of the road because there is one of those locks on it what am I suppose to do?

It's a very vague description, but if there is a big broken highway behind you, there is also a campfire underneatch it to the right from where you entered, a medic and some dudes (if yours died) and a door that does open.

when i got there on the right there was a campfire and like a person on the floor being treated i went in cleared the building came out and i guess the guy was dead but there is a road that is broken upwards and beside the road there is a fence door that i cant get thur and when i look up there is a chunk broken out of the left of the building which i cannot get to

I think if you go through the building you're supposed to get to a big hole in one of the rooms which you can jump down through and presto, you're on the other side of the broken street. Take out the turrets in the glass windows before hand though.
