HL2 soundtrack feat. Franz Ferdinand.

From the guy that brought you the true face of Alyx's mother (It was the actress that did Alyx's voice) and where they got the voice for the combine dispatcher and general City 17 announcer (It was the dispatcher on "Mad Max"); now comes "WTF???? Franz Ferdinand in HL2??"

That's right. Franz Ferdinand's song "Auf Achse" is prominently featured in HL2. If you walk up to any NPC resistance member and talk to them enough; they will eventually say "I can't get this tune out of my head." and then whistle the intro to "Auf Achse".

I normally only post when I have something unique to say, I hope I was the first to notice this.

I thought what they whistled was completely tuneless and badly whistled. So I assumed it wasn't any song.

It could be coincidential - any number of random whistles could sound like a song. And also, get the female to whistle. She whistles something different.
