Anyone watch Ice Hockey? Particularly the NHL?

I've never heard someone talk about it here before, so I wanna see if they are any fans out there.

The rivalry is all in fun for me, I'm no elitist.

EDIT: Buffalo 2, Ottawa 0 Man, I reckon it was a bad idea to put Emery in, though right now the entire team isnt playing well.

I'm waiting for that Sens implosion where they go on a massive losing streak, similar to what Montreal had happen to them last season. Having it occur now would be a great thing for the rest of the Eastern Conference, making first place in the East a little more reachable.

Speaking of which, I'd really like to see a Toronto-Montreal playoff series this year. That would be a treat.

I watched the Buffalo-Montreal game on Friday, and the Sabres looked like their old selves again. Now with them making a statement tonight, it looks like the Sabres are once again becoming a threat.

This is not good news. I really hate that team!

Worse still are teams that dont even regularly get snow in their cities! We need more Canadian Teams.

As for the Habs, I enjoy rooting for them, as well as Colorado (aka Quebec Nordiques).

don't really have a favourite team, but the last two seasons I've been rooting for Anaheim. Ottawa is ok too. I like their killer first line!

I miss the time when NHL was down for the count and all our good players came home (along with many other non-swedes for that matter) to play in our "Elitserien".

Can't say I watch any NHL (we dont get much NHL here), so I have no favorite team there.

I usually only watch it in either the World Cup or the Olympics and i love it. Sweden ftw

I think right now they are going through the stage of losing all the veteran players, and getting a lot of new guys.

So once they sort out that, they may have a chance.... 10 years from now
