How can I spawn weapons for myself?

In single-player, is there any way to spawn individual weapons for myself? Garrysmod has those buttons that do that very thing, so there must be a command for it. Anybody know?

you really should have searched for console commands tbh
do you just want all weapons (impulse 101) or do you want them one at a time or what?

I did search. Read the NPC spawning guide and everything. And I just want single weapons.
