How do i preload Half life 2 and Counterstrike?

I am at this position, and i want to preload half life 2, deathmatch and counterstrike source somehow and i heard u can do it free as long as you have a retail CD code for it which i do. Can someone tell me what do i click from here to get to the download place. Thanks

these are the games listed on "My Games", come on guys i really need ur help!

Click on the games tab on the top of the screen you should get a option "Activate product on steam" click on it then enter your serial code and that's it
