How do you get on the Train?

I'm stuck in the room with Alyx and 2 citzens with Barney waiting in the train hanger room. Everyone just stands around. There are no doors that I can activate. What is supposed to happen. Is Alyx suppose to do her thing on a door and open it. She doesn't seem to do anything. Is this a bug!

should be a scene with alyx saying how you and her will stay behind to keep the combine distracted while barney escapes. then alyx opens the door.

Have you gone back to Barney and collected the four groups of citizens? If so, it is probably a trigger bug and you'll have to restart at an earlier save.
