how to get g mod 10

i bought garys mod of of steampowered http http://www.steampowered.com/v/index.php?area=game&AppId=4000and i watched a couple of videos on you tube about it and they all have extra items and different maps and i was wondering if i still have g mod 9 or how to get 10 if i do

A lot of the cool GMod stuff doesn't come with it but though user made addons. The real power of GMod is how well it supports this user made stuff.
Try searching/looking around here for the things you want.
