How to Install Nvidia Drivers on Linux?

Ok I have a 7800 GT just installed Suse Linux 9.3. It doesnt let me go above 1024x768 so im assuming I need to install display drivers. Has anyone done this before?

Also does anyone know any good Video/Mp3 players for Linux, i cant seem to open .avi files or anything yet.

just download the linux drivers from nvidia its that simple

Thats a good page, all you have to do is choose your processor type or type of linux, then it gives you the commands to install the drivers.
