How to rip EP1 commentary tracks?

So, does anyone know where the commentary tracks are stored within the GCF files? I was hoping to rip the commentary tracks and listen to them separate from the game. As much fun as I had with the game, I'm not too keen on playing through it again just to hear the commentary.

Are they in the same location they were in Lost Coast? If so, what is it? I don't know what folders they're in ...

You can hear them in the "episode 1 shared.gcf".
Go to the root\episodic\sound\commentary folder. There's your wav's.

The commentary tracks directly relate to something specific in the game, so they are worthless away from the game.

Just go through at your own pace with god mode on, that's what I did.
