How to setup up a half-life 2 dedicated server?

Hi guys. I have been trying to install files and such, to see if i could start up a server. I tried to figure out how to activate console within the server, but that dont work.

What software/mod/files etc do i need to run a server? I hope you can answer, cause none of the 3953 pages off FAQ on halflife 2 could help me.

I got the bandwidth (100mb), I got the server. plenty of cpu and ram power.

I just need the right files.
