Can anyone help ? I have posted a pic here, I am trying to get to the otherside of this screenshot (i take it) i have played with the red handle to raise the water level but i just can't get any further can you help ?

Go back to where you fought manhacks, swim down the ladder and through the tunnel.....

do you mean from where i am there turn to my left and back into that pool where the barrels are ?

Yes... but you need to make the barrels and wooden-things come up by shooting the wood holding it down...
