Ok, well, I decided to check the nVidia website to see if they had any nForce driver updates. It turns out that they did have newer drivers so I downloaded and intsalled them. I think they were the 5.10 drivers. Anyways, now I hear everything in my audio muffled! I got angry because now my 5.1 headphones sound really dumb and I went ahead and installed the ones I had previoulsy, version 4.xx somthing. Well guess what? The problem still remains. WTF is up with that! This makes Counter Strike completely unplayable as everything sounds like its underwater and not just games, music and any audio sounds muffled. I hate updating drivers!!! I always end up worse than before.
Also, in the speaker wizzard through NvMixer, I only get to hear ANALOG sound and not DIGITAL even though before I could hear both just fine. I really don't know why it is acting like this. Like I said before, I hate updating drivers, they cause more problems than they fix (for me atleast). Oh yeah, and updating the driver was some pathetic attempt to improve my stuttering in HL2.
