I made some HL2 CD Jewel case covers

Hey guys, when I discovered that HL2 retail didn't come with a jewel case, I decided to make my own. I didn't like the artsy covers I found on fan sites and wanted something that looked more "official". So with photoshop I made the front and back covers to look like the retail box. I inserted logos at the appropriate place, made some cuts and edits to make everything fit right. The result is pretty good!.

Dragoro, are you using Undercover XP? It's supposed to make the CD jewel case images the proper size in order to fit the cases.

I'm sorry about the bandwidth thing. If it ever starts working again today, please know that I spotted a mistake on the front cover. The Sierra logo from the right side of the front cover is not the same height as the Sierra logo on the left side, I will fix this when I get home from work, hopefully I will have more time tonight to find a host for these pics.

What is that supposed to mean? Didn't you read the first post? I wanted official looking Half-Life 2 covers. If you even have the box, you'd see what was added or changed, especially in the back. Things have been moved around. On the front cover the ESRB rating was added, as well as the PC CD logo, and the Sierra and Valve logo were raised.

This was not supposed to be something I "drew". It's for people who don't want something that someone else "drew". This is probably what the jewel case would have looked like, had Valve/Vivendi included one.

Nice, I like them. Now I can burn the back of the game on my dvd and keep it locked up in the tallest tower. BTW i don't think u need the mature rating at the back, or do you?

Well it is not really upside down, I looked at the other covers I had, like Far Cry, and SW Knights of the Old Republic, and they were all like that.
