You have all the separate forums firstly, all have different topics to discuss different things. Have a look through them all.

In each forum there are different thread which are were people post to talk about stuff, like the thread you made here.

You simply reply to thread, and talk and discuss all kinds of stuff.

The search button can be useful for several reasons. You may want to look up a problem with HL2, or any other steam games, or see if a topic has been posted before to stop you re-posting something. Just open search and try a variety of 'keywords' associated with that topic.

Try to type normally, no ' u r ere? thx 4 dat' etc, its annoying. Don't go flaming or trolling (basically swearing or being abusive). Don't spam, basically posting rubbish, because you'll have your posts deleted and warned by moderators for ruining discussion.

Erm...theres a User control panel to change avatars, your little picture, or add a signature. A members list for looking up members (pointless really), a calender to see what day your birthday is shared with another member. Thats it really. The main page shows all the content you'll need and we'll cya around.
