im so pissed

when i downlaoded steam again and it let me play half life 2 i thought i could play from the point i last saved. but i recovered my computer so it wasnt there!!!! is there any way i can get it back, or is it gone for good?

p.s I WAS ON THE LAST CHAPTER!!!!!:flame:

The sv_cheats 1 command must be used, entered in through console, before cheat commands can work.

sv_unlockedchapters [chapternumber] In this case, you would use the 14th chapter to get back to where you were.

If you haven't already done so, enable console through:

-> Options
-> Keyboard
-> Advanced
-> Tick 'Enable Developer mode (console)'

Press the '~' key to open up the console during gameplay.

Your saved game files are on your computer, not stored on Steam. That'd just be silly.
