Yeah, I wouldn't know what to search for, so being the idiot I am, I'll just ask:

Can someone list the prices (US) for the retail HL2 packages, and their contents, and what you can get later on?

I currently have a standard HL2 reserve, and I'm not sure I should change it to the Collector's Edition, or just cancel the reserve and go for the Gold. Help. :bonce:
