Download the demo here!

Well its been years in the making, but a playable demo is finally out for this wonderful sister game of Fate of Atlantis. The demo is remarkably high in quality and brings back so many great memories of the great Lucasarts Indy masterpiece. I can't wait for the full version! Enjoy!

Here are some screenies to get you in the mood:

I'm surprised this wasn't released earlier. How come did it take so long?

The original demo was almost ready for release and then the main programmer left and others had to try and fill in for him which was admittedly difficult. Still, I am so glad to see some people working so hard on it for so long! Now if only the AmberfishArts team can hurry along! :cheese:

It looks 10 years old.
Yeah, thats because its a game in the vein of Fate of Atlantis which is arguably one fo the best games ever coded. It maintains the same look and feel because some of us remember the days when these games ruled our lives. We love them and don't think that 3D acceleration and bump-mapping needs to be in every new title in order for it to even be considered a good game.

Maybe, but in that case it should have been finished long ago.

The artwork is definitely well done.

Wow this looks really cool. Downloading.

Maybe you should've helped out then! :dozey:

They started in 2001 and obviously don't so this to pay the bills, so I think it is quite admirable that they are doing this out of their love for the old-school goodness that was adventure gaming in the early 90s and that they are putting out such a good effort!

I am glad its out at all since Lucasarts has all but deserted the adventure game fan.

It's installed. Gonna try this out later. Had loads of fun with Fate of Atlantis back in the day.

That's what they used to make this game.
Indeed. There's also the Wintermute engine which is good too, just for different things.
