Installing mods

I want to install a mod, decook_county, only I dont know where to extract it to, what folder or whatever. Can someone tell me how to do this? Thanks. :farmer:

That doesn't sound like a mod, that sounds like a map! For Counter:Strike (Source)!
Find you Steam folder. (Default is c:\program files\valve\steam I think)
Then browse to SteamApps --> "YourLoginNameOfSteamHere" --> Counter-Strike (Source) --> CStrike --> maps. Put the map in that location.
