Iris, student project, released

I've played it for +-10 and so far Im very happy with this mod. It has a nice intro, the menu art is great, the music is perfect. The idea of going back in time is nice and has been implemented very good.
The graphics are not perfect, don't expect uber detailed and realistic grahics. Instead you get simple, colorful, cartoony graphics that fit the mod very well.

Some things could be better tought, the animations for example. Ive seen a couple of small bugs, mostly small mapping bugs and missing texture.

It's not perfect but its still a great mod(or techdemo)everyone should download a try this thing. I like the way they are going and I hope they keep working on it.

edit:
*spoiler* I played some more and Im stuck when I take the ball, I cant get of the roof. Also, sometimes its hard to activate something(to take something, talk,...) and you have to click a couple of times.

I'd prefer a brief explenation of the mod before I click the link :P

What is this game?
The game is an adventure game in which you control a woman in a world where something is totally wrong. Our heroine has a special ability that allows her to jump back to her childhood. In order to solve the main mystery you will have to explore this special ability to solve a number of puzzles.
If you just clicked the first link, you would have had it right in front of you.

It probably took you longer to type that message than if you actually clicked the link.

The installer doesn't seem to work for me, I've tried downloading it from a couple of different places.

It doesn't appear on my "my games" list and I searched my computer for any files named "Iris" but nothing came up.

You have to restart steam, and the files should be in your SourceMods folder.

Yeah, I did that several times and there's no Iris folder in my SourceMods directory.

Does it assume you have your Steam folder in your C:\ drive? Because I don't.

No, Steam doesn't have to be installed in C:\. I don't for example.

Does it appear as an "Iris" folder in the SourceMods directory? Or is it named something else

It looked really nice but ran very badly on my computer (While other mods and HL2 itself runs fine on full efx). So i gave up on it.
