this game hav been geting my atention a lot lately
but can someone give a explanation on how is the gameplay and stuff?

btw in this game there is some sexual content?
cuz I hav hear something about a shower scene and since I know there is a female character in the game that was showed ina playboy magazine, well I thought it may be tits showing
is not a problem for me but maybe is not good if my parents see it

Great game. I personally liked it alot, the story, gameplay and everything. I got it for free so that was another bonus. As for the sexual content, I think that was only with the European version, so if you get the American one you should be fine.

Excellent game, and it helps a bit if you have a gamepad, though not required. I just got it a few days ago and haven't beaten it yet, but it is an incredibly compelling game, truly a new height in story-telling though games.

naa you dont NEED one, it would help though. I beat it without one so anyone else could

gamepad?

btw here is only the european version

The entire game hinges on you liking the story, so...

First scene is best, last scene is worst. You do the math. :)

Oh, and the sex scenes are hilariously bad, so you're not missing much.

All game sex scenes are hilareous.

Fahrenheit was a brilliant game... the first scene is the best, yeah.

The game and story are great up until the end where the story derails and turns shit.

Not so much of a game there, mostly just hitting keys in a particular order or moving the mouse in some manner, but a great movie-esque story and character acting.

The story's fine, it just...kind of turns into a David Lynch/David Cronenberg movie in the end...so yeah, be prepared for extreme crazyness. But still, its enjoyable and incredibly interesting.

Comparing Fahrenheit's end game 'twist' to David Cronenberg / David Lynch is a huge insult to both of those directors. Fahrenheit's twist is honestly one of the world's worst game plot points. Ever. What made it worse was the fact that the game showed promise and respectability for about 85% of the game.

I wasn't aware of any real "twist" per se. It just kind of...jumped off a cliff into the unknown near the end.

More like they accidentally lost a few pages of storyline inbetween the beginning of the final stages and the end of them and never noticed.

Meh, I still enjoyed it. I'm used to crazy stuff like that. Psh, I've seen crazier in books and movies.

To be fair, I'm not sure how to classify that abomination itself. I assume it was meant to be a 'twist' type point since it threw all that crap at you all at once and I guess it was suppose to shock you. Don't want to post the entire plot but let's say the 3rd party I assume was designed to be a twist.

yea it is one of the best game in 2005

you should not miss it

and when the color circle things appear what I hav to do?

sorry I was lazy to play the tutorial

Fahreinheit is a fantastic game and I would advise ANYONE who cares about computer games to buy it IMMEDIATELY.

Was anyone else really pissed off by that? I mean, a friend - erm, yeah that's it, a friend <coughs> - told me about it.
It's really annoying because first off, it only reinforces the stereotype that all gamers are grubby little wankers whose only female contact is skantily-clad laydeez in computer games; and secondly because Fahreinheit was such a good game, it seemed - to me at least - to debase it somewhat.
I may have to start a new thread, as I'm starting to see angry shapes.

The sex scenes in Fahreinheit itself surprised me, but as the game was aiming to be a lot more like a film than a lot of other (less intelligent) games, I feel it got away with it. It did it in a similar way to films, ie: not too explicit, not desperately crude.
It was strange that you took the reins, so to speak, at one point - there was all the hoo-ha with SanAndreas, and this was implemented properly (an actual - albeit non-essential - game section rather than as unlockable content, so to speak) and whilst it wasn't quite as interactive, it was still more explicit.
